We are one of only a handful of companies in the world performing every aspect of top-to-bottom Thermal Imaging system component development and production, to the level of production of FPA detectors. Our Thermal Imaging activities are strongly supported by subsidiaries like SCD – Semi Conductor Devices, providing an in-house source of advanced infrared detectors. SCD manufactures cutting-edge technology cryogenically-cooled IR detectors for the two atmospheric spectral windows: higher resolution InSb FPA detectors for the MWIR (3-5 mm), MCT linear array and 2nd generation TDI detectors for the LWIR (8-12 mm).
