Each subsystem is carefully tested prior to being sent to the final assembly area. In the final assembly area, the parts and subsystems arriving from the various production facilities and from subcontractors are integrated into a complete system in Class 10,000 clean rooms with Class 100 laminar flow benches. Following final assembly, the completed products and whole systems undergo final testing including environmental tests and vibration tests. Dedicated inspectors in the final assembly area carry out these system tests. These procedures are carried out within the framework of a quality assurance system ensuring that every Elop product is ready to meet even the most challenging operational conditions.
