Consistent with the Elbit Systems Group’s corporate business ethics policy and as part of our ongoing ethics compliance program, we are pleased to publish our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (English Version) | (Hebrew Version) as approved by the Board of Directors of our parent company, Elbit Systems Ltd.. Containing a “whistleblower” process to encourage reports of ethic violations, the Code is in addition to our other procedures and policies regarding business ethics.
Because of the importance we place on conducting our activities in an ethical manner, our employees, officers and directors are committed to following the Code, our other ethics related procedures and all legal requirements.
